About Gill
Gill has many years’ experience as a caterer and has earned a fine reputation amongst her clients for her hand-made food. As well as producing classic and traditional dishes, she has a flair for exciting, innovative food. Gill has put her love of recipe development to good use over the last 12 years, presenting Cookery Demonstrations to a loyal and enthusiastic local audience, and to groups at a wide variety of venues. The importance of good presentation
If you choose to have just the food delivered to you, everything is presented on white china, beautifully garnished and ready to serve, or reheat and serve. Of course, if you book Gill to come to your house, she will take care of plating and serving the food, assisted by staff, if necessary. Whether arranging colourful platters of stunning little masterpieces for a canapé party, an array of spectacular desserts, or a full buffet, attention to the detail of presentation is paramount.
A complete service
Having discussed your requirements and selected your menu, simply sit back and relax, while Gill takes care of everything for you. Crockery and cutlery can be supplied for most events, as well as other related items - do ask for details. Gill can supply testimonials from satisfied customers, if you wish.
